| Technical Assistance |
- Manufacturing & Inspection of Die as per Customer’s Specification.
- Reparation of Wax Pattern by Injection Molding and Inspection and Wax Condition should be checked at lab.
- Inspection of Assembly of Wax Pattern with multy level of assembly design
- Building Ceramic Shell by Dipping in Ceramic and Slurry.
- Drying and De-Waxing the Shells.
- Pouring molten metal in the Shells with chemically and physically checking.
- Breaking the Shells and Cleaning the Casting.
- Heat treatment should be followed as per requirement.
- C.M.M. Report, sonography and Radiography Report should be carried out, if it, required.
- Inspection and testing of Casting 100% Visual and Non-Destructive.
